- Does seller want to know the cost for full service? What includes in the service?
- Agents and brokers charge for Full service between 3.5% to 5% and up if they have to split the commission with a cooperating broker that represents the buyer.
- Agents and brokers charge for Full service between 1% to 2.5% if the listing agent does not have to pay or split the commission with the cooperating agent. iI other words: cooperate agent must have a client representation agreement with the client to include the commission the buyer will pay his /her agent on closing. the buyer paid his agent commission.
Full-service brokerage take the Risk to list property, to invest in marketing and advertising campaigns such professional photos, brochures, Open houses, Answer the phone during business hours and outside working hours and days, set up appointments and maybe at the end the house will not sell due to market change, price not in line with the market price, Listing will expire.
